Capture Descriptive Flexfields for Safety Stock

Enhance data capture by utilizing Descriptive Flexfields (DFF) in the Safety Stocks window to store additional information. Prior to Release 12.2.14, the Safety Stocks window lacked the flexibility to include custom data fields, limiting the ability to record specific details related to suppliers or lead times. This enhancement allows you to tailor the window with fields for storing critical information, ensuring that safety stock data reflects unique business requirements.

This feature meets the need for customizable inventory planning in industries where safety stock levels are influenced by diverse factors such as supplier reliability or lead time variability. It supports use cases like tracking supplier-specific lead times, documenting safety stock rationales, or capturing other operational details directly within the system.
