Edit Line Numbers on Requisitions

Edit line numbers on requisitions by manually assigning line numbers when creating or updating requisitions. Based on a new user preference, requestors and preparers can define line numbers of their choice and carry those line numbers forward to downstream procurement documents, such as purchase orders and requests for quotation.

Improve organization and traceability across procurement documents by using meaningful line numbering schemes. For example, users can create logical groupings of related requisition lines by assigning heading-style line numbers, such as 1.1 and 1.2, making procurement documents easier to review and manage.
