Designing a Batch

Design a batch from with Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Workspace.

To design a batch:

  1. In EPM Workspace with the BI Catalog open, select File, then New, and then Batch.
  2. In the New Batch tab, right-click, and then select Add Items.
  3. In the Select dialog box, under Available Items, select a Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting report, book, snapshot report, or snapshot book, and then click Right Arrow button to move it under Selected Items.

    If you move, delete, or rename a report in the repository, the report is removed from the book the next time the book is opened.

    If you select a report type multiple times, you are prompted to enter a new name for the duplicate report type. The renamed report type is listed in the Batch Editor with its original name followed by the new name in parentheses. To discard the duplicate report, click Cancel.

  4. Click OK, and respond to any prompts that are displayed.
  5. Select File, and then Save to save the batch.
