Setting General Preferences

General preferences set defaults for the Content area's default start page, and for displaying document paths, and setting a default email address.

All users have access to general preferences. Changes made to general preferences go into effect next time you log on.

To set general preferences:

  1. From Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Workspace, select File, and then Preferences.
  2. In Default Startup Options, select an option to display by default whenever you log in to EPM Workspace.

    Click Use Current Page to use the current active page as the default startup option.

  3. Select or clear Show Path For Documents to specify whether to show or hide document file paths in the progress bar.
  4. Click OK to save your changes.

Note:

The email address displayed is the email address registered in your user security settings. You cannot update it. If your email address is not registered in security settings, No email address found is displayed.
