Selecting Columns

You can specify columns to display on a page, or display all available columns. For example, on the Manage Journals page, you can select to display any or all of these columns: Label, Description, Short Description, Status, Group, Type, Balance Type, Created By, Created On, Approved By, Date Approved, Posted By, Date Posted, Entity, Parent, and Security.

To select columns:

  1. From the menu at the top of the page, select View, and then Columns.
  2. Select the columns to display, or to display all columns, click Show All.
