Copying and Pasting Cell Values

You can use the copy and paste feature to change data for multiple cells simultaneously in a data grid.

To copy and paste cell values:

  1. From a data grid, select a cell or block of cells that contains the data to use for other cells.
  2. Right-click and select Copy.
  3. Select the cell or range of cells which to paste the data.
  4. Right-click and select Paste.

    Note:

    If the selected range does not contain any editable cells, the Paste option is not available. If only some of the selected cells in the range are editable, the system pastes the values to those cells only.
