Deleting Line Item Detail in Data Forms

You can delete line item detail from cells in a data form. Cells that contain line item detail are indicated by a red triangle at the top of the cell.

To delete line item detail:

  1. From the Document Manager, open a data form and make sure the administrator has set it to display line item detail for all input periods.
  2. Select the cell for which to delete line item detail.
  3. Right-click and select Cell Line Item Detail.
  4. Select the row to delete and select Delete Row.
  5. Click Save, close the line item detail page and click Refresh to refresh the data.
