Saving Favorite Members

When you are selecting members, you can use the Favorite Members tab to save frequently used members for each dimension that is currently displayed in the Point of View. After you save Favorite Members, they are available for selection from other modules in the application. The list of Favorite Members is also retained the next time that you log in to the application.

The Favorite Members tab is only enabled in the Point of View for dimensions that use a single member selection, for example Year.

To save favorite members:

1. From the Point of View bar, click a dimension.
2. Optional: To expand or collapse the dimension members, from the Selector Options down arrow, select Expand All, or Collapse All.
3. From the Member Selection page, click the Favorite Members tab.
4. Select one or more members to save as favorites.
5. Click the Shuttle Right arrow to move the selected members to the Favorite Members tab and click OK.

   Tip:

   To remove members from the selected members list, select one or more members and click the Shuttle Left arrow, or select the Down arrow and Remove All.
