Viewing and Printing Process Control Charts

By default, process control information is displayed in table format. You can choose to view Review Level Summary and Calculation Status Summary as charts, which can usually be read more quickly. You can also select a chart type.

You can resize the splitter between the table and the chart. If you select to view both charts, you can also resize the splitter between the charts. The chart settings are saved per user.

You can also print the Process Control chart.

To view Process Control charts:

1. Select Consolidation, then Data, and then Process Control.
2. From the POV bar, click a dimension name and from Member Selection, select dimension members for the Scenario, Year, and Period.
3. From the Display Options panel on the right, in the Chart Settings section, select Review Level Summary and/or Calculation Status Summary.
4. From the top right of the chart, select a Chart Type:

   • Line

   • Bar (Vertical)

   • Bar (Horizontal)

   • Area

5. Optional: To print the chart, right-click in the chart and select Print. This prints only the chart.
