Generating the Audit Report

Beginning with Release 11.2.10, you can generate audit reports with metadata about the Financial Reporting artifacts.

To generate an audit report, select File, and then Generate Audit Report.

Note:

On selecting Generate Audit Report, a dialog box that indicates the location of the created Audit Report is displayed. You may close the dialog box and continue to work. The default location where the Audit Report is stored is

EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE\FinancialReporting\data.

Detailed information on audit report generation can be found in FRWebStudio.log file. For example:

Note:

• The FRLogging.log and FRWebStudio.log files will keep track of any errors that are found throughout the creation of the Audit Report.
• Audit reports are stored in .CSV format. To make the file names distinct, report generation timestamp, in yyyymmddhhmmss format, is appended to the file name. For example, AuditReport20230705093734.csv.
