Downloading and Extracting Installation Files

Download the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System Release 11.2.7 files from Oracle Software Delivery Cloud (http://edelivery.oracle.com/). Oracle recommends that you download files to a shared drive. See Downloading Files for Installation for details on downloading and extracting installation files.
