You can assign access permissions to:

• Scenario members

• Version members

• Account members

• Entity members

• User-defined custom dimension members

• Launch privileges to business rules

• Forms

• Form folders and business rule folders

• Task lists

When you change the user type for a user, the user has full read/write access to the application through third-party tools until you refresh the Oracle Essbase database. After the database is refreshed, appropriate access permissions are applied to the user.
