Refreshing Databases with Level 0 Members Set to Dynamic Calc

If a level 0 member in the database outline is set to Dynamic Calc or Dynamic Calc and Store, Oracle Hyperion Planning successfully creates or refreshes, even if the members are not associated with a member formula. Planning adds a placeholder formula for members that do not currently have a member formula.
