Administrator's Guide Managing the Budgeting Process Managing Task Lists Working with Task List Folders Working with Task List Folders To create, rename, move, or delete task list folders: Open the Manage Task Lists page. See Managing Task Lists. In the Task List Folders area, perform a task: To create a task list folder, select the folder in which to create the task list folder, and then click Create. Enter the name of the task list. To rename a task list folder, select the folder to rename, then select Actions, and then select Rename. Enter the new name. To move a task list folder, select the folder to move, then above the Task List Folders area, click Move. Select the destination folder. To delete a task list folder, select an empty folder to delete, and then click Delete. Note: You cannot move or delete the Task Lists folder. If you try to delete a folder containing additional folders, an error message is displayed. Click OK.
