Adding Instructions to Task Lists

To add instructions to task lists:

  1. Open the Manage Task Lists page.
  2. In the Task List Folders area, select the folder containing the task list to modify, and select the task list.
  3. For Task List, select the task list to modify, select Actions, and then Edit.
  4. For Edit Task List, click Instructions.
  5. Enter instructions for the task list.
  6. Click Save and Close.
