Deleting Alert Types

You can delete alert types. When an alert type is deleted, the alert is not deleted, rather it loses its alert type assignment.

To delete an alert type:

1. Select Manage, and then Alert Types.
2. In Manage Alerts, select the alert type.
3. Click Delete.
