User Sync Process (System Maintenance)

Tax Operations maintains a local copy of the user, group, and team details for various reasons; for example, User ID, User Login, First Name, Last name. The System Maintenance Process must be initialized manually and then runs daily at a time you specify.

To enable System Maintenance Process:

  1. In your application select Manage, and then System Settings. In System Settings, select Configuration Settings, and then System Maintenance Process.
  2. Do one:
    • To initialize to run daily at the time you specified for System Maintenance Process, select Turn On.

    • To manually initiate a user sync, for System Maintenance Process, select Turn Off, then click Save, then select Turn On, and then click Save.
