Uninstallation Process Stops Responding
On supported Windows platforms, the Oracle Smart View for Office uninstallation process may stop responding.
If you have experienced this issue, try the following:

In the Windows Task Manager, kill all occurrences of these processes:

Microsoft Register Server

Windows Installer
-
-
In the Control Panel, check Programs and Features to verify if Oracle Smart View for Office is listed.
If Oracle Smart View for Office is not listed, then the uninstallation completed successfully.
If Oracle Smart View for Office is listed, select it, and then select Uninstall to try the uninstallation again.
