Connection Error

If you get an HTTP error code "-1" when connecting to a Cloud EPM business process in Smart View, set Browser Emulation Mode to 11001 in Health Check for IE11 compatibility.

Oracle Smart View for Office may fail to connect to Cloud EPM business process with the script error:

An HTTP error occurred with the code "-1"

The workaround is to set the Browser Emulation Mode option in the Health Check dialog; for example, set this option to 11001 for Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 compatibility.

Note:
