Search for or add equipment work orders.

Work Order Parts - Manage [work order description]

Select the Parts tab on the Work Order - Manage [work order description] form.

Select parts from inventory.

To update the material status on the Work Order Parts List, select Update Parts Status from More Row Actions. The status is defined in the processing options for Work Order Parts Detail (P13730).

You can use the status change along with the R13415 processing options (Material Status From, and Material Status Thru) to selectively print certain lines on the parts list.

Select the record for a part for which you want to revise the location on the Work Order Parts - Manage [work order description] form, and then select Location Search from More Row Actions.

Revise the location for a part.
