Require users to select codes from the failure analysis tree by selecting the Use Failure Analysis Tree for Selecting Failure Analysis Codes option. Provide a method of approving records for reuse by selecting the Use Workflow for Approving Failure Analysis for Re-Use option. Select other options as appropriate. |
