Using the Rental Item Availability Chart in CaféOne Layouts

The Rental Item Availability program is an ADF application. When you use an ADF application in a CaféOne layout, you must set up the parameters that the calling EnterpriseOne application in the layout uses to interact with the ADF application.

This list describes the parameters available for the Rental Item Availability program:

  • Short Item Number

You must specify a value for the Short Item Number.

  • Branch/Plant

If you specify a value for the Branch/Plant parameter, the chart shows rentals items for only the branch specified.

For each of the parameters, you can select the is mapped to operation and select a value from the calling EnterpriseOne application. Or, you can select remains as if you do not want to specify a value.

If you select a value for any parameter, the left pane of the Rental Item Availability chart is collapsed when you access the layout. You can expand the pane and change the values in the search fields.

The following image shows the Edit mode of a CaféOne layout that includes the Rental Item Availability chart, with the Rental Item Details program as the connected EnterpriseOne application. In the image, the Short Item Number parameter is specified.
