Using the Staff Utilization Chart in a CafeOne Layout

The Staff Utilization program is an ADF application. When you use an ADF application in a CafeOne layout, you must set up the parameters that the calling EnterpriseOne application in the layout uses to interact with the ADF application.

This list describes the parameters available for the Staff Utilization program:

  • Supervisor

Use this parameter to map the value for the supervisor.

  • Address Number - Manager

Use this parameter to map the value for the crew.

  • Business Unit

Use this parameter to map the value for the craft.

  • Resource Number

  • Date - Scheduled Start (Julian)

Use this parameter to map the beginning date for the chart. You must enter a static value in the same format as the format that is set up in your user profile. If you do not specify a value, then the program uses the current date.

  • Math Number 01

Use this parameter to specify the number of days into the future from the start date that you want to see. If you do not specify a value, the program uses 14 days.

If you select a value for any parameter, the left pane of the Staff Utilization chart is collapsed when you access the layout. You can expand the pane and change the value in the search fields.

For each of the parameters, you can select the is mapped to operation and select a value from the calling EnterpriseOne application. Or, you can select remains as if you do not want to specify a value.
