R15675 - Sales Analysis Report

You use the Sales Analysis Report (R15675) to generate different ranking reports to sort the sales analysis information by:

• Building

• Tenant

• Product code

The report prints nineteen columns, which are organized into these five groups:

• Key information

  Key information includes the Detail, Description, and Inv Cmp (Invalid Comparisons) columns. The Print Sequence processing options controls the information that prints in the Detail and Description columns.

• Square footage

  The current square footage of the building.

• User-selected statistic

  Processing options enable you to select one statistic on which to report, such as item count, empty months, absolute change in square footage, net change in square footage, sales amount for rolling 12 months, or last year's square footage amount.

• First column display

  The system prints the gross sales amounts for this year and last year and the amount of change, and the gross sales amount per square foot for this year and last year, and the amount of change, and the percentage of change. Based on the setting of the corresponding processing option, the amounts can be monthly, quarterly, year-to-date or projected annual.

• Second column display

  Used to compare the amounts from the first column display, the system prints the gross sales amounts for this year and last year and the amount of change, and the gross sales amount per square foot for this year and last year, and the amount of change, and the percentage of change. Based on the setting of the corresponding processing option, the amounts can be monthly, quarterly, year-to-date or projected annual.
