Extracting Event Rules Using Web OMW

Access Object Management Workbench - Web.

1. On the Project Objects tab, select the object in the Object grid from which you want to extract event rules.
   Note:

   • You can select only one object at a time.
   • The object must be one of the following supported types:
     • Applications
     • Batch Applications (UBEs)
     • Batch Versions (UBE Versions)
     • Table (Triggers)
     • Business Functions (NERs)
     • Table Conversions (TCs)
2. From the More Row Actions drop-down menu, select Extract Event Rules.
   Note: If Extract Event Rules does not appear, verify that:

   • You selected only one object.
   • The selected object is a supported type.
   • You have permission to view EnterpriseOne objects in Web OMW.
   • The applicable ESU and Tools Release have been applied. Confirm with your administrator.
   • The grid is refreshed by clicking Find and trying again.
3. In the Confirm Extraction of Event Rules dialog box, select OK.
4. In your browser downloads folder, locate the extracted file.

   The file name uses the following format:

   <object_name>_<version>_YYYYMMDD_hhmmss.txt

   Where:

   • <object_name> is the name of the object.
   • <version> is the version of the object, if applicable.
   • YYYY is the current year.
   • MM is the current month (01-12).
   • DD is the current day of the month (01-31).
   • hh is the current hour (00-23).
   • mm is the current minute (00-59).
   • ss is the current second (00-59).
5. Open the file in a text editor or print the file.
