1. Purge Customer Master Batch table

Specify whether to purge all processed records with search type C (customer) in the Customer Master Lob - Batch table. Values are:

Blank: Do not purge processed customer records.

1: Purge processed customer records.

2. Purge Supplier Master Batch table

Specify whether to purge all processed records with search type V (supplier) in the Supplier Master - Batch Upload table. Values are:

Blank: Do not purge processed supplier records.

1: Purge processed supplier records.

3. Purge Address Book Batch table

Specify whether to purge all processed records in the Address Book - Interoperability table and, if applicable, any of these tables:

  • Batch Who's Who Information (F0111Z1)

  • Batch - Related Person (F01112Z1)

  • Batch - Alternative Address (F01161Z1)

  • Batch - Electronic Address (F01151Z1)

  • Phones-Interoperability (F0115Z1)

Values are:

Blank: Do not purge processed records.
