Using the Watchlist Pane

A Watchlist represents a collection of items that match the criteria defined for that Watchlist. The number displayed for that item in the Watchlist pane represents a count of records that meet the query criteria. Watchlists enable you to easily identify when data has exceeded acceptable thresholds. You can use the four filter tabs in the pane to determine which Watchlists display on the page.

The first time you view a UX One page, the EnterpriseOne system updates the Watchlists with the most current information. The update frequency is determined by how the Watchlist is defined. Alternatively, you can use the Refresh icon on an individual Watchlists to refresh it, or you can use the Refresh All icon on the top-right of the Watchlist Pane to refresh all of the Watchlists. You can hover over a Watchlist to view the status and view when the information was last updated.

When you click on a watchlist, the system brings you to an EnterpriseOne program. If there are form layouts or grid formats available, you can select them. Once you select a grid format or form layout, the system remembers your settings, and uses them by default when you sign in to the system.

See Watchlist Pane at Runtime in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Using and Approving User Defined Objects Guide for more information.
