UX One: Crop Manager Growing Cycle Page

The Crop Manager Growing Cycle page (P40G003X|W40G003XA) enables users to:

Receive alerts regarding recently planted crops, current estimates that haven't been updated recently, and active farm operations.
Analyze the scheduled farm operations, harvest performance, and identify underperforming blocks.
Act quickly by easily accessing the Grower Management programs.

To access the UX One Crop Manager Growing Cycle page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Crop Manager role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Crop Manager page. Click the Crop Manager Growing Cycle task on the springboard to access the Crop Manager Growing Cycle page.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Recently Planted	This alert tells users the number of current harvest records that were planted in the date range specified in the advanced query. This alert is based on the Search for Harvests - Search for Grower Harvests program (P40G03). When you click the alert, the system displays the Search for Grower Harvests form.
Stale Estimates	This alert tells users the number of current harvest estimates that have not been updated after the date specified in the advanced query. This alert is based on the Search for Harvests - Search for Grower Harvests program (P40G03). When you click the alert, the system displays the Search for Grower Harvests form.
Active Farm Operations	This alert tells users the number of farm operations that are currently at active status. This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94). When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form.

Watchlist Alert

Description

Recently Planted

This alert tells users the number of current harvest records that were planted in the date range specified in the advanced query.

When you click the alert, the system displays the Search for Grower Harvests form.

Stale Estimates

This alert tells users the number of current harvest estimates that have not been updated after the date specified in the advanced query.

When you click the alert, the system displays the Search for Grower Harvests form.

Active Farm Operations

This alert tells users the number of farm operations that are currently at active status.

This alert is based on the Operation Search - Search For Operations program (P31B94).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Search For Operations form.
