UX One: Grower Contract Manager Page

The Grower Contract Manager page (P40G001X/W40G001XA) enables users to:

  • Receive alerts regarding expiring and terminated contracts, and upcoming actions to be performed in a contract.

  • Analyze expiring contracts, current and planned estimates, receipts by supplier, contract harvests, and contracts completion.

  • Act quickly by easily accessing the Grower Management programs.

To access the UX One Grower Contract Manager page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Grower Contract Manager role.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Expiring Contracts

This alert tells users the number of contracts that are about to expire.

This alert is based on the Contract Header Inquiry program (P43C02).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Contract Header form. The following form layout is available:

Terminated Contracts

This alert tells users the number of contracts that have expired.

This alert is based on the Contract Header Inquiry program (P43C02).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Contract Header Inquiry form. The following form layout is available:

  • Basic

  • Simple

Upcoming Actions in Contracts

This alert tells users the number of action date items that are associated with contracts.

This alert is based on the Contract Action Dates Inquiry program (P43C050).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Contract Action Dates Inquiry form.

The following grid format is available:

  • Basic

Charts

These charts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the charts are set up to render using queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements.

Use this chart to review the current and planned estimates for various contract blocks.

This chart is based on the Contract Details Inquiry program (P43C130).

Contract Harvests by (P43C11AX/W43C11AXB)

Use this chart to review the contract harvests by percentage.

This chart is based on the Contract Details Inquiry program (P43C130).

Additionally, you can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select from these options:
