UX One: Lot Start Manager Page

The Lot Start Manager page (P44H001X|W44H001XA) enables users to:

  • Receive alerts regarding the number of homes that are currently under construction, about to start or close, and unassigned vendors.

  • Analyze extended price for homes based on the commitment job status, category code, and option cost.

  • Easily access various homebuilder management programs.

To access the UX One Lot Start Manager page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Lot Start Manager role.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

This alert tells users about the number of homes that are planned for construction.

This alert is based on the Work With Lot Master program (P44H201).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Lot Master form. The following form layout is available:

Projected Home Closings

This alert tells users about the number of homes planned to close.

This alert is based on the Sales Workbench program (P44H500).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Sales Workbench form. The following form layout is available:

  • Sales Management

Homes Under Construction

This alert tells users about the number of homes that are currently under construction.

This alert is based on the Sales Workbench program (P44H500).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Sales Workbench form. The following form layout is available:

Unapproved Extra POs

This alert tells users about any unapproved extra POs.

This alert is based on the Work With After Start Purchasing program (P44H703).

Estimated Material Quantities

This alert tells users about the number of items that are posted as estimated.

This alert is based on the Work With Lot Start Workfile program (P44H711).

Unassigned TBD Vendor

This alert tells users about the number of vendors that have not been assigned.

This alert is based on the Work with Lot Start Workfile program (P44H711).

Lots On Hold

This alert tells users about any Lot Start workfile transactions that are currently on hold.

This alert is based on the Work with Lot Start Workfile program (P44H711).

Unposted Lot Starts

This alert tells users about any Lot Start workfile transactions that are not posted.

This alert is based on the Work with Lot Start Workfile program (P44H711).
