UX One: My Maint Downtime Page

The My Maint Downtime page (P13001X|W13001XB) enables users to quickly gain insight into the usage and downtime data of their assets and equipment. The page also provides easy access to programs that enable users to act on the analytical data they see.

To access the UX One My Maint Downtime page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Maintenance Supervisor role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Maintenance Supervisor page. Click the My Maint Downtime task on the springboard to access the My Maint Downtime page.

Charts

These charts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the charts are set up to render using queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements.

This table lists and describes the charts that are available on the My Maint Downtime page:

Total Actual Hours (P13560X|W13560XR)

Use this chart to view the total number of actual hours for your work orders.

This chart is based on the One View Equipment Work Order Analysis Inquiry program (P13560).

Additionally, you can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select one of these options:

  • Equipment

  • Product Family

Average Days At and Not At Status (P13400X|W13400XA)

Use this chart to view the number of days that equipment items have been at or not at a specified status.

This chart is based on the One View Equipment Status Inquiry program (P13400, version ZJDE0002).

Additionally, you can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select one of these options:

  • Equipment

  • Manufacturer

  • Product Family

Total Equipment Days by Location (P13230X|W13230XA)

Use this chart to view the total number of equipment days by location.

This chart is based on the One View Equipment Location Inquiry program (P13230, version ZJDE0002).

Additionally, you can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select one of these options:

  • Equipment

  • Product Family

Springboard Tasks

You use tasks to access EnterpriseOne programs and other UX One pages. These tasks are included in a springboard on the page.

Equipment Work Orders

Use this task to access the Work With Equipment Work Orders program (P13220, version ZJDE0001). When you click this task, the system takes you to the Work With Equipment Work Orders form. The following form layout is available:

Status History

Use this task to access the Status History program (P1307, version ZJDE0001). When you click this task, the system takes you to the Status History - Work With Status History form. You must enter an equipment number and click Find.

The following grid format is available:

  • Basic

Equipment Locations

Use this task to access the Work With Locations program (P12215, version ZJDE0001).

When you click this task, the system takes you to the Equipment Locations - Work With Locations form.
