UX One: Rental Operations Manager Page

You use the Rental Operations Manager page (P54R001X/W54R001XA) to view alerts and analyze data regarding rental contracts and items.

To access the UX One Rental Operations Manager page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Rental Operations Manager role.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

Related Orders In Error

This alert tells users how many orders associated with your selection criteria are currently in error.

This alert is based on the Work With Rental Contract Related Orders program (P54R20).

When you click the alert, the form that the system displays is dependent upon the order type. If the related order is a work order, then Work Order Revisions will display. If the related order is a sales order, then Customer Service Inquiry/Sales Order Entry will display. If the related order is a purchase order, then Order Entry will display.

Rental Expired Contracts

This alert tells you how many contracts within a given time period have expired.

This alert is based on the Rental Contract Entry program (P54R10).

When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Rental Contracts form. The following form layouts are available:

The following grid formats are available:

  • Simple

Rental Expiring Contracts

This alert tells you how many contracts are going to expire soon.

This alert is based on the Rental Contract Entry program (P54R10).

This alert tells you how many contracts are overdue.

Use this chart view the total number of contracts for each of the top 10 inventory items. This chart is based on the One View Rental Contract Inquiry program (P54R200).

Work Orders by Month/Year (P54R220X/W54R220XA)

Use this chart to view the number of work orders for all contracts by month and year. This chart is based on the One View Related Order Inquiry program (P54R220).

New Contracts by Business Unit (P54R200X/W54R200XA)

Use this chart to view the total number of new contracts for each business unit. This chart is based on the One View Rental Contract Inquiry program (P54R200).
