UX One: Strategic Buyer Other Orders Page

The Strategic Buyer Other Orders page (P43002X|W43002XC) enables users to quickly and easily review the total quantity received for any supplier and also to review the percentage of orders awaiting fulfillment by supplier. The page also enables users to receive alerts for purchase orders received and blanket orders that are due to expire soon.

To access the UX One Strategic Buyer Other Orders page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Strategic Buyer role. When you log in with this role, the system automatically displays the Strategic Buyer Quote Orders page. Click the Strategic Buyer Other Orders task on the springboard to access the Strategic Buyer Other Orders page.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne program. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query, or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

This alert is based on the Expiring Blanket Orders Inquiry program (P4311). When you click the alert, the system displays the Blanket Orders Inquiry form. This alert displays the number of blanket orders that are going to expire soon.

This alert is based on the Expiring Blanket Orders Inquiry program (P4311). When you click the alert, the system displays the Blanket Orders Inquiry form.
