UX One: Strategic Buyer Quote Orders Page
The Strategic Buyer Quote Orders page (P43002X|W43002XA) enables users to:
Receive alerts on quote orders that need immediate attention.
Analyze the cost of products and identify potential suppliers.
Access programs to quickly and easily act on the information that is displayed on the page.
To access the UX One Strategic Buyer Quote Orders page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Strategic Buyer role.

Watchlist Alerts
These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query, or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

This alert tells users the number of quote orders from suppliers. This alert is based on the Purchase Order Entry program (P4310). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Order Headers form. |
Quote Orders Above Threshold Amount |
This alert tells users how many orders have a quantity that exceeds the threshold amount. This alert is based on the Purchase Order Entry program (P4310). When you click this alert, the system displays the Work with Order Headers form. |
Held Purchase Orders |
This alert tells users how many purchase orders are on hold. This alert is based on the Held Order Release program (P43070). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Held Orders form. |
