Filing Outside EnterpriseOne

After reviewing the generated file:

• For CSV output, use Upload CSV with Form Data in the IRS IRIS Taxpayer Portal. Review the uploaded forms on the Unsubmitted Forms page, and then submit them to the IRS. The portal provides a receipt ID after submission.

  Note: Before you upload a CSV file through the IRIS Taxpayer Portal, verify that the file complies with the IRS Template Formatting Guidelines for the selected form type and reporting year. For more information, see E-file information returns with IRIS, Upload CSV with Form Data.

• For XML output, submit the XML transmission through an IRS-authorized A2A solution or third-party transmitter.

Monitor submission status, acknowledgements, receipt IDs, and error responses in the applicable IRS filing channel. These activities occur outside JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
