Changes Supported by U.S. Year-End Processing in 2024

The software supports the following changes for 2024:

The wages subject to the Community Safety Payroll Tax (CSPT) and the amount of tax withheld must to be reported on the employee W-2 under the locality tax in the city of Eugene, Oregon(OR). The YearEnd build report is modified to report the subject wages in box 18 (local wages, tips), the payroll tax paid in box 19 (local income tax), and EUG in box 20 (locality name).
