Access the Print tab.
- 1. Print last 4 digits of Employee Tax ID number on form.
Enter 1 to replace the first five digits of the nine-digit Social Security number with Xs. For example, the Social Security number 123-45-6789 would appear on the 1099-MISC form as XXX-XX-6789. If you leave it blank, the system prints the complete nine-digit number.
