Review this field to determine the company with which type of forms are associated.
- Description
Review this field to determine the company description with which the forms are associated.
- Tax Identification
Review this field to determine the tax identification number of the company with which the forms are associated.
- Number of Employees
Review this field to determine the total number of employees who are to receive copies of the selected form.
If more than one company is reported under a parent company's tax ID, this number includes all of those companies. It will not contain the number of W2-C employees records processed.
- Type of Form
Review this field to determine the type of form with which the forms are associated.
- Number of Forms
Review this field to determine the total number of W-2 forms to be printed. If more than one company is reported under a parent company's tax ID, this number includes the employees for those companies as well.
- Number of Forms Printed
Review this field to determine the number of W-2, 1099 or 499R-2 forms that have been printed.
The system does not display the number of W2-C forms that have printed.
- Difference
Review this field to determine the total number of W-2 forms to be printed. If more than one company is reported under a parent company's tax ID, this number includes the employees for those companies as well.
