Monitoring Table Conversions

Table Conversion Workbench implements a throttling mechanism to control conversions. If conversions are run on the Deployment Server, it launches one conversion at a time. If conversions are run on the Enterprise Server, it looks up the maximum number of batch jobs in the queue table and submits that many conversions at one time. Either way, technical conversions are always throttled to 1.
