Added the following chapters, which previously resided in the Server Manager Guide, to each of the installation and upgrade guides:

  • Working with the Server Manager Management Console

  • Install a Server Manager Management Agent

Also, the "Complete the Management Console Setup Wizard" chapter formerly in the Server Manager Guide is now a subsection of the "Working with the Server Manager Management Console" chapter.

Added the following "Caution" to all installation and upgrade guides regarding a field on the Copy Environment Application (P989400):

Caution: Server Copies. There is a limitation for the use the following option for the Environment Copy application:

Copy Path Code, Pkg dir - server

(The caution goes on to explain the limitation.)
