Using the Clear Data Cache Feature

To use the Clear Cache feature in Server Manager:

  1. Launch the Server Manager Management Console.

  2. On the Managed Instances section of the Server Manager Management Dashboard, click on the required managed instance of the HTML or the AIS Server for which you want to clear the cache.

  3. Do one of the following:

    1. On the EnterpriseOne HTML Server managed instance page, click the Clear Caches button to clear the Form Extension, Personalized Forms, and Search Group caches.

    2. On the EnterpriseOne Application Interface Services managed instance page, click the Clear Caches button to clear the Notification and Orchestration caches. Click the second Clear Caches button to clear the Form Service and Data Service, and Read Data caches.

Note: The Clear Caches button is disabled if the status of the HTML or AIS server is anything other than "Running".
