JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Mobile Access Prerequisites, Entitled Products, and Restricted Use Licenses

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Mobile Access		A JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Mobile Access ("Mobile Access") license is for mobile users that do not have user licenses for accessing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne base applications (listed in EXHIBIT E – List of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Base Applications) ("mobile-only users"). User licenses for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne base applications include use of separately-available JD Edwards EnterpriseOne mobile applications that interact with such base applications. Mobile Access cannot be applied to, and is not available for, the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications listed in EXHIBIT F – List of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Applications That Do Not Apply to Mobile Access. Prerequisite Products A license to use the following products is a prerequisite to license and use JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Mobile Access: The applicable JD Edwards EnterpriseOne base applications that will be accessed and/or updated by the mobile-only users. For example, an organization that is licensing Mobile Access for their mobile field service technicians to view available inventory parts and to update service works orders, must license JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Inventory Management and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Service Management. For customers using Oracle Technology Foundation for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to fulfill their JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications prerequisites for Oracle Database and Oracle Fusion Middleware, the mobile-only users must be licensed for Oracle Technology Foundation for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Upgrade. If customers already have full use licenses to Oracle Database and Oracle Fusion Middleware to fulfill their prerequisite requirements for those products, then they should ensure they have adequate licensing to accommodate mobile-only users. Entitled Products Mobile Access includes a license for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne System Foundation and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Core Tools and Infrastructure.
