Orchestration Debugger

The JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Orchestrator provides a way to debug your orchestrations. Debug Orchestrations is the tool that you can use to determine the state of your orchestration at any point during execution. Debug Orchestrations provides a view into an orchestration, enabling the designer to run an orchestration step-by-step and ensure that the data is correct at each step until the final orchestration output.

See the following topic in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Orchestrator Guide:

Orchestrator - Customer Requested Improvements

The JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Orchestrator enables you to add local orchestrations or notifications directly as a step to an orchestration without the need for creating a connector service request.

It also enables you to invoke a business function from an orchestration. In addition to “Groovy" and “Java", you can now select “Business Function" as the type for a Custom Request. You can pass inputs into the business function and receive outputs.

Starting with Tools Release 9.2.3.4, the Orchestrator Studio sends notifications during the session time out. In the case of a time out, you will be automatically redirected to the Orchestrator Studio login page. This session management functionality relies on the WebSocket technology.

Users can specify personal favorites for searches and pages. The task index build can be scheduled by calling a business function using an orchestration. Corresponding UDOs can now be launched through the EnterpriseOne form content and application tiles, thereby making a page easier to use.
