Creating Orchestrations with Orchestrator Studio 8

Important: This chapter has been updated in support of Orchestrator Studio 8.Orchestrator Studio 8 requires a minimum of EnterpriseOne Tools 9.2.4. If you have not installed Orchestrator Studio 8, see Implementing the Orchestrator Studio in this guide.Instructions for using prior versions of the Orchestrator Studio are in the appendices of this guide.

By using the Orchestrator Studio 8, you can do the following:

  • Create version 2 orchestrations.

    To create and save changes to version 3 orchestrations, use the Orchestrator Studio 9.2.4. Orchestrator Studio 9.2.4 is the latest version that is deployed on the AIS server. Orchestrator Studio 9.2.4 version requires a minimum of EnterpriseOne Tools 9.2.4. See, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Orchestrator Guide.

  • Edit and save changes to version 1 and 2 orchestrations.

  • Convert version 1 orchestrations to version 2.

    You can convert version 1 or 2 orchestrations to version 3 by using the Orchestrator Studio 9.2.4.
