Development Client Installation Consideration for Tools Release 9.2.3.x and Greater

You must install Visual Studio 2017 Redistributables before installing the client and web development feature. Web development features are available with Tools Releases prior to 9.2.9. The recommendation is to install both the 32-bit and 64-bit redistributables.

Note: Other versions of the Visual Studio Redistributables may be required. See Oracle Certifications for the correct versions.
