Attachments

You can add multiple attachments to an opportunity record. For example, if you create a proposal for the opportunity, you can attach it to the opportunity to track the information that has been sent to that customer.

Note: You can use the processing options for the Manage Opportunities program to specify whether the system displays the Attachments tab on the opportunity record. Therefore, if the tab does not appear on the Opportunity - Manage {Company Name} Opportunity form, the processing option has been set to hide the tab. You can change this processing option at any time.
