Workflow Description

The system sends a workflow message to the active sales team members to notify them when a new opportunity is created, or if the cycle step changes on an existing opportunity.

Workflow Trigger

An opportunity record is created or the sales cycle step on an existing opportunity record changes.

Workflow Action

The active sales team members receive a message in the workcenter, notifying them that a new opportunity has been created or that the sales cycle step of an existing opportunity has changed. The message includes the opportunity description, ID number, previous sales cycle step, current sales cycle step, sales methodology, sold to customer, and the ship to customer.
