Linking Action Plans to Leads

Access the Lead - Manage {Lead Name} form. Select the Activities tab. Click the Activities link.

To link an action plan to a lead:

1. Click the Link Action Plan button.

2. On the Action Plan Search and Select form, select the action plan that you want to associate with the lead, and then click Select.

3. The system returns you to the Activities tab and displays the newly-created activities in the detail area of the form.

   The activities that the system creates for the lead are based on the activity templates that are associated with the selected action plan.
