Running the Proposal Generation Program

Access the Sales Order Management - Manage Existing Order form.

  1. Find and select the sales or the quote order for which you want to generate the proposal.

  2. Select Order, then Generate Proposal from the Row menu to launch the Proposal Generation program.

  3. Find and select the template to generate the proposal.

    You can use the form header, QBE line, or the Advanced Query function by entering PGProductCodeQuery_P90CA24 in the Query field of the P90CA24 to search for all templates with product code of 90CA.

  4. Click OK.

  5. The system displays the Report Definition Output Repository form. Click the View Output icon or access the report from the Row menu.
