Defaults

These processing options specify default values for dates and downtime status.

1. Starting Effective Date

Specify the starting date that the system uses for the for downtime analysis in Status History program (P1307). The system uses this date when calculating the mean time between failures. Values are:

Blank: Use the acquired date from the equipment master.

1: Use the installation date from the equipment master.

Note: If you select 1, but the installation date is blank, the system uses the acquired date.

2. Equipment Downtime Status

Enter a value from UDC 12/ES (Status or Disposal Code) that you want to use to indicate a downtime status in the Status History program (P1307). The system uses this status when determining the mean time between failures. If you leave this processing option blank, the system uses the current status from the equipment master.
